About the event
The program will feature Russ Andreacchio, Executive Director of Weems Community Mental Health Center, who will discuss the emotional impact major life transitions can have on young adults and graduates. The session will focus on recognizing stress, anxiety, emotional overload, and the importance of open conversations surrounding mental health.
