About the event
The CHIN Community Health Resource Fair will feature vendors and organizations representing: Assisted Living Facilities, Adult Day Care Programs, Nursing Homes, Hospice Services, Caregiver Support Programs, Long-Term Care Resources
Vendors will also provide information, answer questions, and introduce attendees to programs designed to support healthy aging and independent living.
The event also supports Meridian’s continued efforts to promote an age-friendly community where older adults can remain active, informed, connected, and supported.
